Running Low on Credits? Here’s What to Do

If you’re running low on credits in your LeadMagic account, don’t worry — there are a few quick ways to top up so you can keep enriching leads without interruption.

Option 1: Upgrade Your Plan

You can upgrade your plan anytime from your Purchase Credits page.

Once you upgrade, your billing cycle resets and new credits will be added to your account within minutes.

Tip: Upgrading your plan is the fastest way to instantly increase your credit balance.

Option 2: Turn On Auto Top Up

To make sure you never run out of credits, enable Auto Top Up in your account settings:

When enabled, Auto Top Up will automatically add credits whenever your balance drops below your chosen threshold.

If your balance is already below 1,000 credits, Auto Top Up will not trigger immediately. You’ll first need to upgrade your plan or do a manual top-up to get your balance back above the threshold. After that, Auto Top Up will take over the next time your balance runs low.

Option 3: Do a Manual Top Up

You can also add credits on-demand with a manual top up. Credits are applied instantly once your payment is processed.
