Canceling your LeadMagic subscription is entirely self-service. You have full control over your account and can cancel at any time through your billing settings. No need to contact support—you can do it yourself in under 2 minutes.
Log into your account at https://app.leadmagic.io
Navigate to Settings
Click your profile icon in the bootom left corner
Select "Billing" from the dropdown menu
Go to Billing
In the left sidebar, click on "Billing"

Cancel Subscription
Tab to the billing section
Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
Confirm your cancellation when prompted
Confirmation
You'll receive an on-screen confirmation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
Billing stops: You will not be charged again after your current billing period ends
Access continues: You keep full access to your account until the end of your paid period
Credits remain: Your credits stay in your account until your subscription expires
Account status: Your account goes into a cancelled status
Credit expiration: Depending on your plan, unused credits may expire (see Credit Rollover Policy below)
Reactivation: You can reactivate anytime by subscribing to a new plan
This is the most common concern when canceling. Here's what you need to know:
Your unused credits roll over month-to-month while your subscription is active. However:
Upon cancellation: Credits do NOT roll over after your final billing period
Expiration: Unused credits expire when your subscription ends
Use them or lose them: Make sure to use your credits before your subscription expires
Credits refresh monthly and do not accumulate
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
When you cancel, any unused credits from your current cycle will expire at period end
Today (Oct 15): You cancel your subscription
Billing period ends (Nov 15): Your last payment covers service through this date
Through Nov 15: You have full access and can use all your credits
After Nov 15: Subscription expires, unused credits are lost
Cancellations are self-service and immediate
Cancel now to prevent future charges
Your current billing period charge has already been processed

You must cancel to stop billing

You can always reactivate when you return

Log back into your account at https://app.leadmagic.io
Go to Settings > Billing
Select "Subscribe" or "Reactivate"
Choose your plan
Add payment information
Your account reactivates immediately
Note: Previous credits do not restore after reactivation. You start fresh with the credit allocation of your new plan.
