Every LeadMagic invoice is available for download directly from your billing settings. You can access your complete billing history, customize invoice information for accounting requirements, and automatically forward invoices to your finance team.
Option A: Via Settings Menu
Log into your account at https://app.leadmagic.io
Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner
Click "Billing" in the left sidebar
Option B: Direct Link Go directly to https://app.leadmagic.io/settings/billing
Once you're on the billing page:
Scroll to the Billing History section
You'll see a list of all past charges with dates and amounts
Click the Download Invoice button next to any charge
The invoice downloads immediately as a PDF
What you'll see:
Invoice number
Billing date
Amount charged
Plan details
Payment method
Any custom fields you've added (PO numbers, VAT ID, etc.)
Add custom information to all future invoices for accounting, tax, or procurement requirements.
On the billing page, find the Invoice Customization section
You can define up to four custom label-value pairs
Click Add new field to create a field
Enter your label name (e.g., "PO Number", "VAT ID", "Cost Center", "Department")
Enter the corresponding value
Click Save Changes
Purchase Order Number
Label: "PO #" or "Purchase Order"
Value: Your company's PO number
Use case: Required by procurement departments
Tax Identifiers
Label: "VAT ID" or "Tax ID"
Value: Your VAT registration number
Use case: European tax compliance
Internal Tracking
Label: "Cost Center" or "Department"
Value: Finance code or department name
Use case: Internal expense allocation

Automatically send invoices to your finance team, accountant, or accounting software.
On the billing page, find the Invoice Forwarding section
Choose your forwarding option:
Option 1: Send to Account Email
Invoices automatically forward to your LeadMagic account email
Default setting for most users
No additional configuration needed
Option 2: Send to Alternative Email
Forward invoices to a different email address
Perfect for finance teams or accounting departments
Enter the email address (e.g., [email protected])
Click Save
Automatic delivery: Invoices are emailed immediately after each billing cycle Every renewal: You receive an invoice each time your subscription renews Instant access: Email arrives within minutes of charge processing
To send invoices to multiple people:
Option 1: Use a shared email address
Set up a group email (e.g., [email protected])
Forward invoices to that address
Multiple people can access the shared inbox
Option 2: Manual forwarding
Set forwarding to your main accounting email
They can forward to additional recipients as needed
Option 3: Download and distribute
Download invoices from billing history
Share PDFs directly with stakeholders
Centralized billing: Forward all invoices to [email protected] Custom fields: Add cost center and PO numbers for expense tracking Audit trail: Download billing history for quarterly reviews Tax compliance: Include VAT ID on all invoices
Employee expenses: Download invoices to submit for reimbursement Custom labels: Add your employee ID or department code PDF format: Invoices are ready for expense systems Complete history: Access all past invoices anytime

To change your custom fields:
Go to Settings > Billing > Invoice Customization
Modify the label or value in any field
Click Remove field to delete a field
Click Add new field to add more (up to 4 total)
Click Save Changes
Changes apply to all future invoices.
To update where invoices are sent:
Go to Settings > Billing > Invoice Forwarding
Select your preferred option (account email or alternative)
Enter new email address if using alternative option
Click Save
The next invoice will forward to the new address.
To remove custom invoice fields:
Navigate to Invoice Customization
Click Remove field next to any custom field
Click Save Changes
Future invoices will not include the removed fields.
Your billing history shows:
All charges: Every payment made to LeadMagic
Dates: When each charge occurred
Amounts: How much you paid
Plan details: Which plan you were on
Status: Payment status (successful, failed, refunded)
All-time access: Your complete billing history remains available No expiration: Invoices never expire or get deleted Historical data: Access invoices from when you first subscribed Account lifetime: Invoices remain available even after cancellation
To download several invoices:
Go to your billing history
Click download on each invoice you need
Invoices save as individual PDFs
Organize them in your local folders as needed
Tip: Name your downloads with the date and invoice number for easy organization.

Try different browser: Sometimes browser settings block downloads Check downloads folder: Invoice may have downloaded automatically Clear cache: Browser cache can cause download issues Pop-up blocker: Disable pop-up blocker temporarily Contact support: If problems persist, we can email your invoice
Check spam folder: Invoices sometimes get filtered Verify email address: Ensure you entered the correct address in settings Whitelist sender: Add LeadMagic to your email whitelist Wait 24 hours: Initial setup may take one billing cycle to activate Test with next invoice: Changes apply to future invoices
