LeadMagic allows you to bank unused credits each month on most subscription plans. This means you won't lose credits if you don't use your full monthly allocation.
Credit rollovers are available on all plans except the Basic plan.
If you're on a qualifying plan, any unused credits will automatically roll over to the next billing period.
As long as you maintain an active subscription, your unused credits will accumulate with no caps or limits. For example:
Month 1: You receive 10,000 credits, use 6,000 → 4,000 roll over
Month 2: You receive another 10,000 credits → You now have 14,000 total
Month 3: You receive 10,000 more credits, use 8,000 → You have 16,000 remaining
Your banked credits continue to grow as long as your subscription remains active.
If you cancel your subscription, all unused credits will be forfeited at the end of your current billing cycle.
This means:
You can continue using credits until your paid period ends
Once the billing cycle completes, any remaining credits are lost
We do not provide refunds for unused credits
No refunds: We don't refund unused credits under any circumstances
Use them or lose them on cancellation: Make sure to use your credits before your subscription ends if you're planning to cancel
Automatic rollover: You don't need to do anything—credits roll over automatically each month while your subscription is active
